Shipping Policy

All orders are processed within 2-5 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on holidays. 

Due to the limited nature of our drops and high order volume during release, processing times may vary. You will receive a confirmation email with tracking information once your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery

Shipping rated are calculated at checkout. Delivery times are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed.

Order Tracking

Once your order ships, you will receive a tracking number via email. Please allow up to 24 hours for tracking updates to appear.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Axiom Streetwear is not responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed packages once the order has been handed over to the carrier. Please ensure your shipping address is correct at checkout.

If a package is marked as delivered but not received, customers must contact the shipping carrier directly.

Incorrect Shipping Information

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer. Orders returned due to address errors may be subject to additional shipping fees.

International Shipping

International customers are responsible for any custom duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by their country.
